Full stack developer

Being a full stack developer at Stena Line you will code, maintain and understand the product and its users. With a “you build it, you run it”-mentality, you will deliver customer value throughout the entire tech stack.

You will work in a very competent team of full stack developers, UX and product owners towards a vision to make trade management processes easier, smarter and more profitable. The team works in close collaboration with data scientist and the business to deliver products that really drive the business forward and has a great impact on the company’s total revenue. You will work in short release cycles, often we release functionality to production several times a week!

You will be involved in a tech stack and use tools containing .NET Core, React, TypeScript/JavaScript (Node.js), GraphQL, Kubernetes/OpenShift and Buildkite within dockerised/serverless environments. Since we rely fully on the team’s ability to take a holistic approach to customer value, knowledge sharing and code quality we work with tech talks twice a week, pair programming, CI/CD and testing within the team.

Who you are
Being curious and innovative is at the core of everything you do. You want to learn more about programming and love to share knowledge with others in your team.

- Experience working as a Full stack developer
- Some knowledge in the techniques and tools we use including React, GraphQL, Redux, .NET Core, TypeScript/JavaScript (Node.js), Kubernetes/OpenShift, Buildkite, AWS, Azure
- Experience with Modern software development concepts: TDD, CI/CD, DevOps
- Experience with agile software development
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
