Industry 4.0 Engineer

As an Industry 4.0 Engineer you will be responsible for representing Nagarro’s wide range of technology services and solutions across customers mainly in Sweden but also across Europe from time to time. You will get to work with leading companies and be an important part in the customers development.

Your role will start all the way from discovering client needs to crafting solution design and presenting the solutions and proposals to customers. As a Sr. technology expert you will be the key advisor for variety of technology and innovation topics in Digital transformation such as Industry 4.0, BigData, IOT, AR/VR, Cloud, API management etc. You will be taking consulting assignments from time to time to open doors for Nagarro in some of these areas. You will collaborate from COEs/practices in respective areas and project teams to execute these assignments.

Personal traits

You are a hands-on person and a creative thinker who likes to come up with new ideas and solve problems. At Nagarro you will work with various technology/domain experts to adapt, develop and design winning solutions for the customers. You are able to work independently as well as cooperatively with a team.

Further on you have strong interpersonal communication and relational skills, detail oriented, and a self-motivated person that takes initiatives.

Experience and background

With your experience, you are able to understand the customers broadly from a business need and technical point of view and develop tailor-made solutions / offers based on this. You have experience working with global delivery models in executing projects and at least 5 years’ experience from a senior consulting position. Further on you have;

• A relevant IT education and given your interest within the area you keep up with new technologies and trends.
• Hands-on experience in handling technologies like IOT, Cloud, BigData, API management, Enterprise Frameworks, Java/J2EE or .NET.
• Good communication skills, both in Swedish and English.
