PRODUCT OWNER- Stockholm/Remote

Background:

You will be supporting and working in the Play Sports Experience, which is one of seven Customer Experiences in the delivery organization. You will be in charge of two backlogs: the Sports client frontend (desktop and mobile web) and the Sports client backend (services supporting the frontend). You will be responsible for delivering value and improving the sports client by collaborating with native teams and assisting with important projects. You will help to ensure the most agile flow of delivery, efficiency, and productivity.

Tasks:

Deploy agile development and delivery methods, ensuring that human-centered design thinking principles are embraced throughout the delivery process in order to deliver world-class experiences and customer journeys.

Liaise with business delivery teams and key business stakeholders to ensure the efficient management of two critical backlogs as well as the handling of new business initiatives.

Ensure the maximum business value of scheduled work by defining business and technical requirements, translating them into workable Epics and User Stories, and ensuring backlog items are delivered on time.

Participate in scrum ceremonies such as daily, backlog grooming, and planning to help the teams.

Full visibility and transparency on capacity planning for backlogs, as well as clear communication of capacity and estimations to key stakeholders

Improve work processes in collaboration with teams to maximize throughput.

Close communication with relevant stakeholders such as business owners, UX, Product Owners, and tech teams on upcoming and ongoing business initiatives and release schedules is essential, as is visibility of feature progress.

When necessary, acts as a lead coordinator, is comfortable managing deliveries from start to finish, and drives development and project progress across multiple teams and backlogs.
