What does your working day look like?

You will work in our Operations team to ensure that our systems, communications and infrastructure works. You have a high value of professionalism and want to provide the best service possible by finding, prioritizing, debugging and solving problems in our environment. You have a genuine interest in IT security and feel confident communicating with service providers, colleagues, and customers. You love solving problems and want to share your knowledge.

Required skills:

• At least a few years in relevant/similar IT positions
• High level of Swedish and English in writing and speaking
• A relevant education or corresponding knowledge acquired through practical work experience
• Azure Cloud knowledge (IAAS administration, Storage Accounts, Azure MSSQL/My SQL, Virtual Networks/Subnets/NSGs, Load Balancers, Monitoring and Log Anlaytics)
• Windows server administration

Preferred skills:

• Network management or support (VPN,DNSm cabinet patching).
• Managing Managed File Transfer (GoAnywhere), knowledge of FTP/SFTP/AS2 protocols
• Managing Enterprise Service Bus solutions.
• Certificate administration/management.
• Server software for the AS2 file transfer protocol.
• Script language programming of operations tasks on relevant platforms.
• Experience from working with IT systems for the retail industry.
• Experience from working with IT systems supporting the sports/leisure/fashion segments.. 

Personal qualifications

• You are driven, solution oriented, positive and with the drive to solve problems and expand your knowledge
• A structured and systematic mindset and analytical skills
