JOB LOCATION: Linköping, Sweden

JOB SUMMARY:

The QA engineer is involved in the entire software development process which primarily involves software testing, from start to finish. In this position you will be working in a development project with the product e-Commerce for Rhythm together with experienced developers and testers. The team is highly skilled and in this position you will get a chance to develop your expertise and have the opportunity to take responsibility for key areas. The team you will belong to is focused on delivering modern solutions based on the latest technology in an agile development environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work inside a product development team side by side with Product Managers, Product Owners, Information Architects, UX/UI Designers to develop new applications for Cloud deployment.
- Develop new test cases and test plans based on written and verbal product requirements
- Update existing test cases to reflect changes in the software
- Collaborate with developers and other product team members to debug technical issues
- Execute manual and automated regression tests to identify and document defects
- Ability to work independently and with others in Agile team local and globally.
- Report issues in defect tracking system
- Create and maintain test environments

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years hands-on experience in a professional environment
- 2+ years of experience with e-Commerce testing
- Computer Science degree or relevant experience

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Expert knowledge in Java, SQL
- Bachelors? degree and 2-6 years related experience/training or equivalent combination of education and training

- JIRA
- e-Commerce and cloud
- Web services
- RF/ Selenium
- Agile Methodologies
- DBunit, Junit
- Test automation or Manual testing
