At Mathem we’re looking for a systems thinker to come in and make sense of the internal tools, workflows and stakeholders that power Mathem’s service. You’ll be joining our growing team of Product Designers, UX Writers and User Researchers who share the goal of making Mathem the best online grocery delivery service in Sweden.

A glimpse of what you will get here:
In your role as a Product Designer here with us at Mathem you will be both a strategic and executional partner to Product, Tech and Business stakeholders within the Price & Assortment and Delivery Offering product areas. To get the best time in this role you have a fluent understanding of the different tools, workflows and stakeholders that power Mathem’s service.

You will identify and frame opportunities to improve internal tools and processes. You will also visualise complexity to empower yourself and others better grasp the Mathem service. Another responsibility will be to co-design with internal stakeholders to create new workflows that bring efficiency to the Mathem Service.

The skills and mindset we are looking for are:
In order to exceed within this role experience working with internal tools and stakeholders is the kind of experience you would need. As a person, you are self-motivated and curious to understand and make sense of complex problems. You have the ability to shift from strategic conversations to execution. Besides this, you have experience in working with User Research to bring the end-user to the centre of the product development process.

Some examples of the problem spaces:
What are the problems you will work with? Well, we have a drivers app - 100's of drivers use this to get the customers their orders every day. The opportunity to optimize both customer experience and the business is here. Regarding delivery offering - how to configure and ensure that we meet our customers with the best delivery offering. And make sure this is aligned with the production and distribution capabilities. From a Product Information Management perspective, you will work with the tool in which we ingest, tag and expose our broad assortment to customers.

We put a lot of emphasis on personal competencies so you may very well compensate for the lack of some of the above-mentioned criteria.
