Description

The client is now looking for a UX designer that will work in their App stream.

Work tasks:

- Lead discovery meetings together with Digital Product Owners with internal and external stakeholders to fully understand business requirements.
- Use analytics to make informed data-driven recommendations for new features and design user interfaces accordingly.
- Work with cross-functional teams to set requirements.
- Research features and technologies to support usability recommendations.
- Create responsive wireframes, interactive prototypes and flows to communicate and test solutions.
- Maintain project documentation including personas, user stories and flows.
- Make presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with UI designers to translate wireframes into graphic designs.
- Collaborate with development teams to clarify specifications.
- Validate designs through usability testing and make suggestions for improvement.

Mandatory competence and experience:

- Degree in design plus at least 1 year of experience as an UX designer.
- Good knowledge of wireframing programs and rapid prototyping tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing for web and preferably app (Android & iOS).
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and Figma.
- Collaborative and open-minded working style.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Sharp attention to details.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet commitments in multiple initiatives at the same time.
- Excellent communication skills - able to relate to stakeholder groups including clients, developers and executive management.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Portfolio including samples of work outlining business needs and proposed solutions.
