About the company
Jounce was founded in April 2020 in Stockholm by three automation consultants aiming to develop organizations through automation technologies – to create real value with a long-term perspective. We recently got a new member of the Jounce family and hope to expand even more in 2022.

Our clients include everything from smaller local businesses to large multi-national enterprises. We work with clients across all industries, such as finance, the public sector, retail and manufacturing, insurance, etc. Automation is drastically changing the way an organization does business, and we are here to help prepare and realize that journey.

Job description
At Jounce you will be a key person in customer projects from initiation and requirements to rollout. You will be responsible, together with the whole Jounce team, to design and develop processes using various techniques as RPA, Machine Learning, AI in order for customers to streamline and automate different business processes. In addition to being responsible for designing and developing automations, you will also be involved in sales meetings as a technical expert.

You will help free up customers’ business teams from working on mundane, repetitive tasks, allowing them to accelerate their contribution to their own business growth and success by engaging in high-value activities & innovation.

You will develop solutions from scratch in a tech stack that includes
• Robotic Process Automation with UiPath as the main tool.
• Microservices with infrastructure code in the cloud (like Azure).
• Modular and scalable backends in Python.
• Intelligent automation.

In short, you will deliver something we like to call full-stack automation so that our clients can keep the focus on their core businesses.

Professionally, we also hope that you...
• Have experience with object-oriented programming languages.
• Know any RPA-tool, such as UiPath or Blue Prism (it's a big plus!).
• Work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Are excited to work at a small company with a variety of different responsibilities.
