IT Solution Analyst with Sterling competence

In order to strengthen our eCommerce capabilities we are now looking for an IT Solution Analyst with competence in Sterling to our Multichannel unit within IKEA IT. The overall target of the unit is to secure the end-to-end service delivery of our Web and Sales order management services. You will be a part of a highly motivated team within IKEA IT, managing IKEAs new eCommerce platform, which will be one of the largest and most complex in Europe.

About the opportunity as IT Solution Analyst
As an IT Solution Analyst you will have the opportunity to work in a global and diverse environment and secure architectural conformity in relation to IT architecture and to the target landscape. In the roles as IT Solution Analyst you will also work actively to ensure that the design of the solution conforms to the domain/project architecture and business requirements. You will support our projects as a project member. You will be working in an agile team setup with a mix of IT and Business competences. We work in a global outsourced IT environment where we order services from our vendors who develop our applications.

Examples of tasks:

- Responsible for the Solution High level design in the context of one or more domains
- Lead solution activities within the domain(s)
- Provide expertise for roadmaps, pre-studies and design workshops
- Steer project(s) to follow decided architecture standards and ensure fulfilment of the functional and non-functional requirements in the solution.

What kind of experience should you have?

We believe you are today working as an IT Architect, Solution Architect or Lead Developer in the context of a large IT landscape. Necessary for this role is competence in Sterling or in other similar configuration based sales and order system. You have experience in requirement management as well as architectural frameworks and methods and have been working with out of the box solutions from large software vendors like Oracle, JDA or IBM. It is a merit if you have competence in SAFe.
