Work description
SD Worxs Nordics (Aditro) is now looking for a new UX Designer. Your role will be to take part in designing a digital HR experience for the SD Worxs HR offering. SD Worxs HR is an HR system covering HR related data and processes such as Core HR, Talent management, Time and attendence, Expense handling, Rehabilitation support and so on. This role will together with an experienced colleague support the development teames in reaching their business goals. It is also essential to drive the User experience agenda on a higher level to keep all modules and supporting payroll systems going in the same direction.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Being an expert resource for the team on all things related to user strategy.
• Drive the user experience agenda towards the system and together with product owners.
• Understanding new industries and customer experience.
• Knowing how to leverage the continuously changing landscape of technology and design techniques.
• Assisting in formulation of “Big Idea” solutions to Gnarly problems
Background and profile
To be successful in this role you need able to support and work with other UX designers, product owners and developers with changes or challenges. You will work closely with product teams and be involved in the most creative functions, including UX research and testing, detailed wireframing, prototyping and visual design execution. You have the ability to define and execute designs based on UX principles, client strategy, research, creative and technical guidelines. You have knowledge of the strong design fundamentals and you have an ability to develop and support high level UX strategies. As a person it will be helpful if you are driven and creative with a strong interest for technical details since the product is quite complex. You should be able to question old habits and ways of wokring and together with the team set the UX strategy for upcoming years.
Typical experience:
• Solid portfolio with a range of interface design that can provide links and demonstrate work/projects.
• 3-5 years of experience in UX design with focus on service design and product development.
• Vast experience in visual design and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Previous experience in creating complex GUI´s prototypes in tools like Figma, Sketch, Pixate, Invision or Adobe XD.
• Final user interaction QA.
• Experience from working in Agile teams.
