As a Product Owner, you will lead an agile team of highly skilled colleagues within the field of Industrial IoT and Edge Platform solutions based on the latest technologies. The team is responsible for development of backend services for a digital Edge Platform including services and infrastructure for data transfer, data storage, cloud communication and connectivity. The edge platform enables the industry to release the full potential of operational data, e.g. being able to collect, store, communicate, analyze and act quickly on data from production systems. The edge platform strives to solve the automation use cases of the future.

You will be interfacing stakeholders around the team, including Product Management, R&D teams and Divisions that develop solutions on top of the edge platform, creating alignment on requirements and ensuring high quality deliverables. You probably have a background in software development and/or experience from being Product Owner. In this role you will have a great opportunity to grow in a global agile environment. You will report to R&D Team Manager.

Your responsibilities

• Manage the team’s product backlog, conduct product discovery sessions, and drive feature preparation within the team to ensure the features are well prepared, estimated and prioritized.
• Participate in definition and breakdown of market requirements and create alignment with the team and stakeholders, including Product Management, Divisions, and other R&D teams.
• Ensure that acceptance criteria and definition of done is met in order to provide high quality deliverables.
• Provide wide general technical knowledge but also expertise in some specific area(s).
• Follow technology trends, architecture- and development practices to release high quality products.

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience, or a strong track record from software development. Experienced in C#.
• Experience of Linux, microservices and knowledge of Azure Cloud is a strong advantage.
• You are a self-driven learner and have a wide technical interest in areas such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work both in team and independently, ability to plan and organize the work.
• You are solution-oriented, self-driven and curious.
• Fluent in English.
