The company
Alva Labs is a Stockholm-based SaaS company that offers a solution that is helping global companies grow their team in a scientific way. Alva has created a unique candidate assessment platform that helps companies build their organisations with the right people in the right place. By combining state-of-the-art psychometrics, data science, and an obsession with candidate experience, it provides the needed tool for data-driven talent acquisition.

We are growing 2-3x per year and are in the exciting phase to launch Alva in new markets. Current focus is on building great product, enable Product-Lead-Growth and release our next big bets.

The role
As a designer at Alva you will be responsible end-to-end, working with both UX and UI (the designer for the squad we have in mind will be a bit heavier on the visual side though). You will not exactly be told what to do, but rather be given a problem. You will need to, with the help of user research and a great team, find a solution to that problem. You will be one of the leaders in the squad, driving a lot of the work together with the lead engineer. You will be responsible for how to organize design systems and language.

You
We are looking for someone with a bit of experience, working with design systems and launching product before. B2C, B2B, agency, doesn’t really matter. But we believe you have a passion for prototyping and working with how to design things.

As a person you have good communication skills, enjoy working in an organized way, and have the ability to collaborate and work with others.

The internal language is English, so no need to speak Swedish.
