We are now looking for not just one, but TWO Graphic Designer to join our team at Monki! We offer one fulltime permanent position and one fulltime maternity cover, both based in our head office in Gothenburg.

Job Description

At Monki Brand & Marketing, we believe in 360-communication: a seamless approach to that covers every inch of the way from idea to consumer, regardless of channel and regardless of whether its off- or online. The range of roles at our department reflects that; but the end goal is always the same: great communication.

As graphic designer with final art responsibility at Monki you will:

• Be a part of a creative team, developing graphic design expressions in collaboration with the Art Director or the stylist
• Final art and production of print and digital material
• Create social media content production in our inhouse studio with our social media team
• Editing of shorter moving material content
• Other graphic design tasks such as pedagogic internal and external presentations etc.

Qualifications

Essential skills:

• You are equally skilled at and engaged in design and final artwork (digital and for printed)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience of working in a similar role
• You have great knowledge of working in Adobe: Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and PowerPoint
• Know the basics in Premier Pro or AfterEffects
• You are able to apply a solid business perspective to all aspects of your creative work
• Have an interest in pop culture, fashion and trends, especially in graphic design
• Junior experience with creating content for social media
• It’s a plus if you love (and are good at) creating illustrations

Additional Information

The job is placed in our Head Office in Gothenburg and are a fulltime assignment. You will be part of the Brand & Marketing team and report to our Creative Manager.
