Senior Audio Engineer

GlobalLogic Sweden would like to invite a Senior Android Platform Developer to join our clients for Automotive projects in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Our clients are Tier 1s and OEMs from Europe and USA and development is targeted to Automotive Solution what will be deployed in newest European cars.

Requirements:

Required:

• 3+ years of experience in software development using C++ for Linux platform

Having at least one of the skills below:

• A2B (high bandwidth, bidirectional, digital audio bus)
• aDSP ( Audio Digital Signal Processing)
• Android HAL ( Not App/Java layer )
• TSS (Time Sensitive Signals)
• AVB ( Audio Video Bridging )
• ALSA ( Advanced Linux Sound Architecture)

Is a plus:

• QNX experience
• Qualcom SoC experence

Job Responsibilities:

• The team is currently developing software components that will process the audio digital signals.
• Their components will drive all the audio in the vehicle. This means audio signals coming from other ECUs ( like turn indicators, seatbelt reminder, door open signal, etc.) in the vehicle but also audio signals and media streaming coming from Android applications.
