Senior Embedded Developer to Husqvarna Group

As an Embedded Sr.Software developer at Husqvarna Wheeled you will be working with interesting challenges and cutting edge technique. Husqvarna Wheeled is working with smaller larger lawnmowers and other outdoor products and the RD-cycle is closely resembled to the automotive industry. You will have the opportunity to work in a hands on  department were the development decision on how to develop the products is very close to the developers.

The role: In this role you will take part in the electrification journey for transportable products with the aim of reducing carbon dioxide emissions, increasing circular use and making customers happy. In Husqvarna language, they call it Sustainovate and we are now looking for additional team members who want to join this journey. You will be part of a team with 15 colleagues where you will have the opportunity to get an overview and follow entire processes with short decision stages.  C/C++ and software architecture will be your day-to-day business as well as solving challenges, coming up with new ideas and take a main and senior part in development projects.

You will also be given the opportunity to work with other interesting development such as; Bluetooth, GPS, CAN network, Wi-Fi, Fleet and much more.  Mentor junior employees is also tasks that will be an important part of this role. This in order to keep Husqvarna Wheeled at the top position in their marketing segment. 

Your profile: We believe that you are experienced in working with software development and know C / C ++, C# and software architecture.  If you have experience from BLDC engines, construction systems, engine controllers, Battery Management System (BMS), requirements management and test systems that is considered a strong merit. 

You have a solid background in Embedded Programming and communicate without problems in English and preferably Swedish as well. As a person, you know the importance of doing good analyzes and preparatory work as well as setting relevant goals that you work towards in a structured way. The most important characteristic is that you take the initiative and act. We want you who thrives when contributing to your surroundings and achieving results!
