SEO Manager to ensure a long lasting relationship with Google

Rebel Penguin is a Copenhagen-based fast growing company with 60 employees worldwide. We work with affiliate marketing in iGaming: We operate several football and sports websites that generate leads to the world's biggest online bookmakers.

About You
- You can make Google (as well as other search engines) fall in love with our websites.
- You have a proven track record of creating awesome results from SEO.
- You know your basic HTML/CSS as well as other on- and off-site optimization techniques.
- You are data driven and eager to follow up on our SEO initiatives so we continuously learn and improve.
- Passion for SEO work is an absolute prerequisite!
- You want to be the person in charge of our SEO initiatives. You are able to get your co-workers to buy-in on your ideas and plans.

What You will be Doing
In short: The analysis, strategy and execution needed to make our websites rank (high) on search engines, e.g.:
. Keyword research and analysis
. Link analysis/building
. On- and off-site optimizations (site structure, meta tags etc.)
. Content strategy (we have two full-time journalists that are eager to work with you).
. SEO performance reporting
You will work in close collaboration with marketing, IT and content. You are the guy in the middle that ties everything together. In the position as our SEO Manager you will refer to the Marketing Manager, but you should expect the CEO of the company to have a high interest in your job/your initiatives.
As our SEO initiatives start to drive new sales we are eager to build the SEO department with more people that will report to you.

Where You will be Working
You will be working in our newly renovated Brooklyn style office in Nannasgade 28, Nørrebro, Copenhagen, where we reside over 20 employees.
We expect you to manage your own work schedule. If you need to work from home at times, please do so. Freedom with responsibility is a key term for us and we expect every employee to handle the fine balance between receiving and giving.

About Us
Our business is affiliate marketing where we primarily earn money on generating leads to the world's biggest online bookmakers like Bet365 and Unibet. We operate several websites, e.g. http://www.livegoals.com. We have several bigger and smaller websites where the potential for SEO is high. Many of our websites just need a small push to generate extra sales.
