You will have the opportunity to influence the culture of the Engineering organization, facilitate technical delivery and work with the team's strategy definition and implementation

We are looking for someone who

• Oversee technical mandates from the IT Manager or Software Architect.
• Be a reference and provide guidance for all technical topics in your field of expertise;
• A Tech Lead and as a software engineer responsible for leading a team and alignment of the technical direction.
• Has experience working in a devops environment.
• Has knowledge in migrating to cloud environment.
• Know your way around containerization and orchestration.
• Is used to building scalable and maintainable systems that runs and fails graceful.
• Can monitor our products in production, finding ways of improving them.

We expect you to

• Have at least 7 years of hands-on technical experience as a developer in a devops environment.
• Have good experience of working in an agile team developing, deploying and owning business critical systems
• Have demonstrated that you have the mindset and skills to become an effective part of a cross-functional, self-organizing, self-managing team Be technically brilliant.
• Experience in Cloud and Container infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, etc.) is mandatory.
• Experience in Test and release framework (e.g. Jenkins) is needed.
• Experience in Repository and version control systems (e.g. Bitbucket, Harbor) & Build and deployment systems (e.g. ArgoCD, GitOps) is Mandatory.
• Experience in Observability tools (e.g. Grafana, Prometheus) is required.
• Have extensive CI/CD experience (build, deploy & test automation)
• Experience in Java, Phyton or Go development is beneficial.
• Experienced with technologies like, logging, monitoring, configuration mgmt. & reporting tools
• Be comfortable with requirement gathering, documentation and excellent communication skills
