Mediaplanet is an International Media Group producing niche content campaigns in collaboration with leading Influencers distributed over unique cross media platforms. We bring content to our clients? target audience via print, online, social and event distribution in 15 countries - it is Content Marketing done right! Today, we have 450 people in our team throughout 17 offices in Europe and North America and headquartered in our modern, open floor plan office in central Stockholm where the business was founded in 2002.

What you need to know

* Excellent knowledge of the web ecosystem:
- Front-end and Back-end Web Programming skills (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP)
- Server architecture and hosting skills (e.g. Linux, Apache)
- Relationship databases (MySQL)
- Interested in developing solutions with focus on UI/UX
* Source code management skills and code versioning (e.g. Git, Gihub/Bitbucket)
* MSc or BSc degree in Computer Science or, if self-taught, equivalent job experience
* At least 3 years professional experience working with modern web development
* Excellent written and oral communications skills in the English language.
* Experience with Agile processes, CI and TDD is a plus.

What you will be doing

The Product Development department have two major web based systems that were developed in-house, a CRM system and a CMS, that we constantly challenge and improve upon. As a part of that department you will work closely with different business areas and individuals from around the world where your technical perspective will be crucial. You´ll actively take part in all the steps of the software development process, from identifying gaps and possibilities to planning, design, implementation, testing and delivery. You?ll be provisioning servers, architect databases, write PHP and Javascript, write tests and demonstrate and motivate your finished implementation. We mean it when we say Full Stack.

This is a full-time, on site, position at our Head office in central Stockholm (Stureplan).
