Our global marketing team needs you!

Due to rapid worldwide growth and the adoption of a new Marketo marketing automation system, we are looking for a talented digital designer to work as part of the global marketing team, primarily focused on creating stunning campaign emails and landing pages, based in either Stockholm or Bracknell. The successful candidate will become a key contributor to both global and local marketing campaigns, designing the digital assets, emails and landing pages used across Snow’s marketing activities.  This will be a matrix-managed role, working with regional marketing managers, the global campaigns manager and a lead designer.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Designing emails and landing pages for a wide range of marketing activities globally (both using existing templates and creating new designs)
• Supporting both global marketing and regional marketing colleagues with timely assets ready-to-go in Marketo
• Applying established brand values and design guides to all new email and web marketing activities
• Assisting our lead designer in the creation of other assets (PDFs, print collaterals, booth designs etc.)
• Contribute to and maintain a library of all creative assets and images
• Complete special design projects as necessary

WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU

• Degree or equivalent in graphic design or related field
• 2-3 years hands-on experience in Marketo (strongly preferred) or similar marketing automation systems
• Excellent HTML and WYSIWYG design skills
• Strong portfolio of email and landing designs, focusing on deliverability and high conversion rates
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and related web design tools
• Understanding of branding, house style, and corporate identity
• Strict adherence to file and folder structures in Marketo
• Ability to multi-task; handling and prioritizing multiple requests from different stakeholders
