Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master for IT Group Functions

We are recruiting Senior Project Managers/Scrum Masters to lead complex and strategically important regulatory reporting, business reporting and data warehouse development within IT Group Functions. You are a successful project manager/scrum master that has managed complex IT projects with focus on Financial Services and/or Business Intelligence projects.
 
The position we offer
The Project Managers within IT Group Functions sits within the Project Compliance and Change Management unit. Our unit is mainly driving and supporting change initiatives within Group & Regulatory Reporting and Business Reporting.

The initiatives we are responsible for are characterized by:

High complexity
Building applications on the Common Data Warehouse with focus
on reporting
Delivery through a value chain including several sourcing
vendors
Challenging and critical deadlines to meet market and regulatory
authority demands
Solutions using the latest technology to fulfil business
demands.

The position is located in Sweden, but you have the willingness to travel when needed for your project.
IT Group Functions is supporting different business units in the integration of Group data and reporting platforms to the Common Data Warehouse. IT Group Functions also provides IT support for Business, Financial and Regulatory reporting including Basel, Liquidity risk and G-SIB.
 
The qualifications you need

We are looking for experienced persons with the following skills:
 

Good understanding of IT processes and system development
5+ years of
leading IT projects with focus on Financial Services or other regulated
industries, data warehouse or other large volume transaction systems
development.
3+ years from managing complex projects (i.e. management of a
large number of interfaces, stakeholders as well as number of sub-projects
managed through sub-project managers)
Proven experience in driving projects with
an offshore delivery element is preferred.
Recognized Project Manager
qualification (IPMA, PMI or Prince2 certification preferable) and/or
Professional Scrum Master certification
At a minimum a Bachelor degree in
Information Technology/Computer Science or Finance/Economics.
Banking
project management experience, particularly Nordea would be an advantage.
Understanding of processes related to Financial & Regulatory reporting
(Basel, FATCA, FINREP, etc.) would be an advantage
Cultural awareness, with
the ability to work in a fluid and multicultural environment. You will primarily
run projects with cross-border team members.
Strong communication skills
with excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) are required.
