By correlating in-shop sensor data with sales results, IBaround's algorithmic platform is able to define the most relevant in-store promotions to the right person at the right place and time.

Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:

As key member of our startup team, you will be in c harge of all the technical scope of the company You will be responsible for designing, developing a nd implementing the technical architecture of the IBaround marketing contextual platform. You will coordinate an offshored team based in Indi a and build your own in-house team. This role will also be an important part of process improvements, driving ongoing reporting efficiency and data standardization to drive effect ive business intelligence solutions.

Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:

Experience with BI tools, preferably with both Business Objects and Tableau. Experience in design/development of data warehouse and business intelligence projects. Experience with marketing, data quality, customer service and/or data entry experience. Familiarity with CRM, segmentation, data management, data measurements, and/or statistical analysis is a plus. Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, problem-solve, and produce results. Solid computer skills required: Excel, MS Access, XML, Business Objects, and Tableau (or similar tool) Strong customer service focus, written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) are essential. Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and adhere to priorities with minimal direct supervision. Ability to communicate, interpret requests and is comfortable working with directly with leadership.
