We're looking to recruit a Test Engineer!

Purpose of the Job:
You will be part of an experienced and engaged team working with the Onboard Generic and Specific Application within Region North. The team has a broad area of expertise, from requirements handling, design, design analysis, test, verification and support to assessment.

You will work with highly advanced embedded systems and as Test Engineer contribute to that we deliver safe, reliable and stable products to our customers around the globe. As test engineer there are also a lot of fault-analysis to be performed and clear statements to be communicated.

Your Tasks:

-Apply test methods with the purpose of identifying the root causes of potential software deviations.
-Analyze, trouble-shoot and fix issues reported from customer.
-Be responsible for documents like Test Specification, Test Environment Specification, and Test Record.
-Evaluate the outcome of an executed test case, and then, if needed, report deviations from expected system behavior.

Qualifications:

-Minimum Bachelor?s in Engineering: understanding the interconnection and how SW and HW work together.
-Good experience of different test stages within a development and customer-oriented project.
-Experience of some programming language like C, C++, C# or PHP.
-Able to write specifications, reports and plans within a project.
-Fluency in English is required. Swedish is an advantage.
-Experience of ERTMS or other safety-critical systems is highly valued.
-ISTQB certification is a plus.
