Our team

We are a growing international team of 20+ people with hubs in Stockholm, Lviv and setting one up in Barcelona pretty soon. We have a hybrid approach to work which means that offices are available for those who want and need it for their work and remote work is the foundation. The Stockholm Hub is where we focus on product development, lab projects and drive our business forward.

Our challenges within UX spectra

• Helping our customers become better than google at gathering and presenting information for specific search intents - landing page relevance for search intents
• Helping page users find what they are looking for faster and better - on-page conversion optimization
• Set a coherent brand feeling, with design, across different business verticals for the same mother brand
• A/B testing with clear benefits set from a UX perspective
• Setting data on UX and have that as a main driver for our development

Your assignment

We are looking for a UX Lead that will be the guru that sets the UX-strategy, comes up with the designs and coaches the other UX designers so we make sure our product experience is coherent throughout the user journey. These are some of the things you will be working with

• working with our PO’s and product teams and support them with UX for feature development
• Drive the development of our front page product based on user insights and data
• Setup a design system that scales well through hundreds of sites
• Set up best practices for UX and coach our other UX designers
• Implement A/B testing for frontpage components
• Make sure we a fast, smooth and smashing in all interface interactions throughout our products

• Hands on experience setting up a professional UX process
• Experience in web and mobile design
• Experience in A/B testing
• Experience in measuring and setting goals for user experience
