Service Owner - Integration Architecture and Ope

We are currently looking for a Service Owner to lead the Platform team whose mission is to enable Spotify's Business Applications to be connected, compliant and perform continuously.

Your team will be composed of talented integration and system engineers which you will lead to building and operating the best architecture in the world! In your role you will also work closely to key stakeholders in different departments of the organization, building strong relationships and understanding the business needs.

What you?ll do

Define and execute the strategy for Integration and Operations for a mostly cloud based environment.

Lead a team of talented integration developers, system engineers and QAs to deliver on that roadmap.

Use best of breed technology such as Splunk and Mulesoft and advice on tools and methods necessary to take our Integration and Monitoring performance to the next level.

Liaise with other stakeholders, mostly Service Owners, to define the integration roadmap and assist on Ops related needs.

Establish long term thinking on your team by promoting continuous improvement, design patterns, automation and other best practices.

Ensure compliance process by providing data to auditors and other stakeholders

Who you are

You are a natural leader who knows how to get the most out of people

You are a communicative person, great at building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders and you have the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms

You have 5+ years of experience of doing system- and business integration projects and you know how to set up and implement a good integration architecture

You have a clear understanding of ITIL and SOA

You have a solid background in software development
