Cloud Architect with a passion for software

At Knowit Connectivity our areas of expertise lie within Embedded, Digitalization, IoT, Cloud and Secure. In this role you will act as a Solution Architect, and to fit in to this role you have a passion for software and ability to connect people with technology and good communication skills.

About the role and what you can expect

As a Cloud Architect at Knowit Connectivity you will work closely with our clients, to both help them identify their future needs and transform their solutions into a more robust and reliable ones using cloud native technologies.

You will work on challenging but rewarding assignments where you get to evaluate client’s current architecture, advising clients on their cloud strategy, workshopping, and implementing new solutions.

You will also work in an environment where you’ll work close together with colleagues where knowledge sharing and learning are central aspects.

What do we expect from you?
You are fluent in English, are outgoing and social. With good communication skills, you can easily explain, describe and share ideas and solutions to stakeholders with different backgrounds. For this position you have least 3 years of documented architectural work in Cloud, and at least 1 year experience within any of the technologies mentioned below:

- Previous experience with AWS or Azure.
- Git and Linux.
- CI/CD and concept surrounding it.
- Databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis).
- Kubernetes
- Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure ARM
- Ansible

It is also valued if you are certified as an Architect in AWS or Azure, preferably:
- AWS Solution Architect Associate or Professional.
- Azure Solution Architect - Expert.

It is beneficial if you:
- Have worked with Serverless, Microservices architecture and implementation.
- Have working knowledge in the languages: Java, Golang, Python or C#.
- Speak Swedish.
- Have experience working in Sweden or Europe.
