Who we are


The Customer Portal team operates in an eco-system of Software Engineers, Solution Architects, UX and Business Analysts – to mention a few – who collaborate to set new precedents for user experience, speed to market and customer value in cloud-based micro services within the automotive industry. We use the latest technologies and adopt agile methods to reach our ambitious goals while owning our results and deliveries.


Our team is part of Volvo Group Connected Solutions, a global organization within an industry in transformation. To navigate in times of rapid change and development we need to expand our team with more clever, driven team players.


Are you up for the challenge?


The Position


As part of the Customer Portal team, you’ll work in close collaboration with our UX Designers and Product Owners to break down and connect customer’s business requirements with smart connectivity solutions. The goal is to enable a great product for our customers, which requires a key person with one foot in development and the other in operations, linking design and execution to the overall contribution to the product roadmap.


Your focus will be to collaborate with stakeholders, analyze their needs and support implementation of solutions in both writing and visualization of designs. You will work with cross-functional product teams, giving you an opportunity to share your knowledge and ideas of improvements in a larger context.


We apply agile methods in our ways of working, whereas you’ll have the opportunity to shape your own process and the nature of your work.


Qualifications


To be successful in this role, we believe you have several years’ experience within requirement management, business analysis or service design. You hold a university degree in a relevant field and are accustomed to agile ways of working, e.g. SAFe.


You have great relationship-building and communication skills and know how to efficiently present new concepts and ideas to an audience with varying understanding of the subject. Experience from the automotive industry is beneficial.


You are fluent in English, both written and verbal. You also have a valid work permit for Sweden, if not an EU-citizen.
