Full stack developer (Web GUI front and back end)

Infinera is expanding and we are looking for a developer to develop the front-end software in fiber optic products. You will work with innovative and smart solutions to fulfill the needs of our customers.

Our domain is embedded software and we are a fantastic team of talented, motivated and supportive software developers that enjoy working together. Your job as a front-end developer is to take part in the entire development process, from pre-studies to delivery. You will be part of one of our Scrum cross-functional teams designing and developing new features as well as improving existing subsystems. Together with your team you will take overall responsibility for the team’s deliveries.

You will work in a environment that requires high professionalism and extensive work experience. If you have experience as a Project Leader, Scrum Master and/or Team Leader its a big advantage.

For the user-interface we use a Web GUI that is implemented with javascript, HTML and uses a REST API written in C. We use Linux as OS both in our products and in our development environment.

Required skills & experience:

• Fluent in Swedish. Group language is English.
• Master of Science or similar technical education
• Has knowledge about javascript
• It is positive if you also have knowledge in SPA, jQuery, Bootstrap and AJAX
• You strive for clean code and value the power of designing for testability
• You want to work in an agile environment
• You value learning and solving problems together with your team members
• Contribute to an constructive and open work climate
• Curious and want to learn about new technologies
• Ability to translate business needs to technical requirements and implementation
