Nova is now looking for a an UX/UI designer to become a key resource in it’s new product organization. Nova - a Scandinavian talent network - is undergoing a transformation into a product based organization. We build beautiful web products and mobile apps that facilitate personal/professional development and collaboration between top talent across the world.
As a designer you will:
- Design the look and feel of the Nova products from concept to implementation
- Be the advocate of the end-user and design-thinking in the product team
- Establish design guidelines, best-practices and ensure consistency across products
- Work closely with the tech and marketing teams to make sure we deliver beautiful and intuitive products
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Required skills
- At least 2 years of relevant digital design experience
- An infectious passion for UX and UI design
- Portfolio including web or app product designs
- Used to deliver everything from rough mockups to pixel-perfect designs
- Highly skilled in the design tools that you chose.
Bonus
- Experience from tech startups
- HTML/CSS
