Senior Frontend Developer / Frontend architect

Resurs Bank is currently looking for a person that will split the time between development, in the role as a senior frontend developer, and leadership, in the role as frontend architect. You will work from our office located in the central parts of Malmö.You will join a team of competent, driven and social co-workers, that operates in a modern tech stack.

Get an idea of the role

The Consumer Solutions team, works close to our customers, and are responsible for the My Pages web application and the Resurs Bank mobile app. It is a cross-functional team that consists of 15 members, with competencies in both backend, Java/Spring, frontend, React/React Native, as well quality assurance.

Daily tasks may include:

• Full lifecycle of team development, including:
Analyze, estimate, plan, implement, test, review, deploy and support features, fixes and artifacts.
• Participate, contribute and support in discussions with various stakeholders, with focus on frontend technologies.
• Govern Community of practice.
• Spread knowledge and coach colleagues in the area of frontend development.
• Working closely with other architects to decide and set policies and guidelines for our developers.

This is a very exciting and challenging role with great opportunities to work with experienced and competent co-workers. We welcome applications from individuals who would work part time remote, although it is preferrable if you are able to work at the office multiple days a week. Being fluent in Swedish or English is a requirement.

We believe that you have some of the following skills and mindset to complement the team:

• Fluent in JavaScript and React. If on top of that, you have an interest in React Native that is a plus.
• You have great communication skills and enjoys sharing your knowledge both orally and in writing.
• Since we are on a journey of moving to the cloud, solid AWS experience is a plus.
• You are a committed team player with great attitude and self-confidence.
