Academic Work is currently looking for one or more SharePoint developers or SharePoint architects that want to take on the role as SharePoint architect at CGI.

We are looking for you that are experienced within SharePoint and want to work in challenging projects with both design and implementation, as well as best practice guidance within SharePoint.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with the architect team to be able to grow in the role as an architect. As an architect, in the team, you will have the overall responsibility for one or more SharePoint solutions for CGIs client. The client is an international company, in the retail industry, and the long term assignment is to develop and maintain solutions for the client’s digital workplace, in order to improve functions such as networking, communication, planning and organization. For several years, CGI has been delivering projects, improvements and support for the client, where all solutions are implemented on Microsoft SharePoint platform.

You will be one of the key players when it comes to designing solutions based on customer needs and requirements, SharePoint best practices and best value for the money. As an architect, you should be able to design solutions, verify technical implementations and have the overall view of the SharePoint platform. The role also involves supporting developers, project managers and testers in their daily work, as well as to help the client with the functional and non-functional requirements.

You will be part of a very experienced team that has a high focus on delivering top quality to their client. The team also strives to constantly improve their way of working and is always open to new ideas, discussing and solving challenges. The group of colleagues describe themselves as a highly committed team with great team spirit and energy and where leadership is imbued with transparency.

You will work closely with project manager, lead developer and business analyst in providing the client with a good and stable solution. In the role as an architect, you will also meet the client on regular basis and be active in advising and guiding them in their platform roadmap. Furthermore, you will support the AM Support Service team in trouble shooting incidents and problems. In addition to this, you will also be involved in Pre-studies and Bid Work.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
You have at least 3 years of work experience in SharePoint development and we see that you are communicative and possess natural leadership skills. You have solid experience in designing SharePoint solutions and you have relevant academic background. We see that you have good problem solving skills combined with high commitment and good energy. You enjoy working in a team and as a team player you have a strong desire to share your knowledge with others. You speak Swedish and/or English in speech and writing.

We are looking for you who have knowledge in:

* Translate business requirements to technical solutions
* Solid knowledge of SharePoint solution architecture, online and on premises
* SharePoint Add-in model
* C#
* MVC
* Advanced JavaScript development and optimization
* Mobility and Responsive Design
* SharePoint infrastructure including IIS, SQL etc.
* SharePoint IT Pro experience including automated installations, performance optimizations etc.

It will be considered an additional qualification if you:

* Certifications within Microsoft and experience of agile methodologies such as SCRUM.
* Experience working with Microsoft Azure, as well as knowledge in Office 365
