We have built an all-star international merchant support team, and to further improve the quality towards the merchants and to optimize our internal work we are now looking for an ambitious and outgoing support technician.

As a support technician for Merchant Support your mission is to support integration solutions between Klarna and our merchants. You possess deep technical knowledge and is the go-to person when it comes to helping colleagues with product-related questions. You back up our merchant support agents with technical information as well as initiate improvement projects for process automatisation in order to optimize our services.

You have probably worked within service before and have a deep interest within programming. Though no official education or experience is needed, programming and web development is most likely one of your biggest hobbies. You love finding technical solutions to tricky problems and you are comfortable in taking the lead when solving complex cases in cooperation with other departments. You have a high level of professionality and you find it easy to communicate with business and technical resources effectively.
