About the Digital Analytics team

The role reports to the Head of Digital Analytics - Jonas Nathanson. The team is fairly new and consists of 9 skilled experts managing advanced analytics, web analytics, A/B testing and CRO. Being a part of our team provides great opportunities for you to develop your skills, set up new ways of working and make an impact.

Purpose of the role

This role is a key function that involves setting the overall CRO strategy, proactively identifying new opportunities for optimizations and ensuring overall experimentation process and digital innovation. This is fundamental for us to deliver on our overall strategy and to reach our ambitious CX and sales goals.

Responsibilities

· Planning, execution, monitoring, evaluation, documentation, and presentation of our experiments.

· Come up with hypotheses, and drive initiatives to validate or invalidate them.

· Collect business demands and translate business goals into A/B-tests with measurable KPI:s, with the objective to create a better CX and higher conversion-rate.

· Harmonize our experimentation process in a multi-brand setup across multiple platforms such as web, app, play services, tv-boxes etc.

· Facilitate evidence-based product and design decisions.

· Support establishment of data- and test-driven way of working

· Collaboration with Product Owners, UX, Design, Content, and development teams to develop & realize our experimentation back log.

Requirements

Must have:

· Extended experience from similar role

· Always eager to learn new things and driven by curiosity to understand and implement new features

· Structured, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset

· Hands-on experience working with A/B-testing platforms e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO (we use Google Optimize)

· Proven experience in Google Analytics

· Good understanding of web development and IT development processes

· Thorough with good attention to detail

· Fluent Swedish and/or English

Nice to have:

· Familiar with some of the behavioral analysis tools like Hotjar, Decibel, or Contentsquare (we use Decibel)

· Experience working with user research methods e.g., usability testing & online surveys

· Experience working closely with a digital marketing team

· Telco experience or experience of working with subscription-based business models
