Slash.ten has gotten the honor to recruit a team of two IT-Technicians to the completely new virtual-reality concept, DIVR Labs in Mall of Scandinavia! We are looking for someone who is a real tech ninja that, together with your team - plays an essential role in developing this new concept.

Who are DIVR Labs?
DIVR Labs is a virtual-reality-focused game development studio based in Prag. Since its start in 2016, the company has developed various games & adventures of highly immersive location-based experiences. DIVR Labs has released a row of successful VR experiences, including Golem, taking place in mysterious renaissance Prague full of magical riddles - to the newest experience, Meet the Dinosaurs; an adventure packed with all the insights and innovations collected over the years.
The Position
The Technician’s role is vital to ensure a cutting-edge experience at an optimal level for all guests. Daily, the technical department works as a team to implement planned and reactive maintenance throughout the experience, ensuring the day-to-day operation runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. The technical department is responsible for operating the VR experience minimizing downtime and maximizing volume throughput for the experience. Accountable for information flow about elements of the show to both management and crew, excellent communication skills are essential.
Scope & Responsibilities
Working within the technical team, you will be responsible for performing various duties. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining PCs, VR headsets, network infrastructure, and other specialized HW and SW powering the venue, ensuring that the site is safe for all staff and guests, completing daily/weekly reports, and maintaining the facility daily with an eye for detail. You will further be responsible for troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise during opening hours, sometimes independently and at speed.
Background & Experience
You will be a self-motivated, focused individual who can work well both independently and within a team and demonstrate knowledge in technical disciplines, including PC building and maintenance, Audio/Video systems operation, and network administration. Experience with virtual reality technology and previous experience in immersive experiences is preferred. In-house training will be given on the systems.
