iOS developer

Watty is connecting and making sense of the world’s energy data. We’re looking for an engineer with a passion for products to join our iOS development team. You will build things that can only be built here since they heavily rely on our unique Machine Learning tech. You’re not creating a another social or e-commerce web app – you’re putting down the blueprint of how energy data will support our daily lives in the digital age.

What we’re doing has never been done before – so we constantly have to figure out new type of solutions to our problems. Without a strong passion for what we do, and for developing your own skills, you’ll find the work here too difficult.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Structure and build applications for the iOS platform
• Drive technical planning for new features for Watty from end to end though prototyping, validation, implementation, launch, and further iteration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship new features.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of experience developing iOS apps
• Worked on multiple apps, from first line of code to release on App Store
• Experience in TDD, Continuous Integration, Git, Open Source and RESTful APIs
• You’re smart, get stuff done, have great energy, and thrive in a fast paced startup environment
• Experience with web technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML5) is a plus
• UI design experience is a plus
