At Stoneridge Electronics (SRE) you'll get the exciting opportunity to grow with a global high tech company, in an ever changing environment. It's a broad role with lots of communication with different stakeholders such as project managers, project team members, line managers, other departments within SRE and customers. As DevSecOps Leader you accomplish a software development flow, from design to release, mitigating the risk of introducing defects. Supporting continuous build and testing using automation techniques. Support traceability to comply with ASPICE, Functional Safety, Cyber Security, and regular functional/non-functional requirements. One purpose is also to share expert knowledge between different projects. You'll have the authority to act in accordance with the development model and will also have the authority to question project decisions and suggest improvements within the project.
The DevSecOps Leader has the following responsibilities
- That the design is in accordance with general applicable workmanship.
- That the design is in accordance with department guidelines regarding technology
choice, reuse and platforms.
- The fulfilment of defined and assigned targets in the development model.
- Information to the project manager if the project is delayed according to the time schedule.
- Information to the project manager if the design is not according to specification.
- The sharing of expert competence knows how with other projects.
- The identification of risks in the project, and report risks to the project manager
Tasks/Duties
1. Work in accordance with SPLP/SPDP, relevant for the current task at hand
2. Actively participate in process improvement activities.
3. Actively participate in group meetings
4. Act according to SRI core values; Integrity, accountability, team-work, customer orientation, adaptability and social responsibility
General requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Profficient knowledge in english, since english is the company language
- The position requires you to be able to travel a coupple of times per year at least
Technical requirements
CI/CD with an emphasis on security practices in the pursuit of continuous delivery
- Tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes etc…
- Source control and configuration management tools like GitHub, SVN, Plastic etc...
- Embedded cross compilers tool chain, debuggers and build configurations, MAKEFILE
CMake and Docker based build systems
- Test framework configuration like Google Test Framework, Ceedling etc…
- Build and test automation using Jenkins
- MISRA compliance tools like CodeSonar
- Python scripting
- Linux server administration
- Atlassian tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket
- Open-Source development (FOSS)
- Structured SW development processes
- Requirement handling with DOORS
- Agile development (Scrum, Kanban etc)
- Safety and ISO26262
- Some experiece within Cyber Security
- Experience within Automotive is highly prefferred
