Senior Visual UX Designer

We have hundreds of in-house UX designers based in China and Europe, crafting UX designs and innovation for a wide range of products and services. Our vision is to build a globally leading experience design for our customers.

In Lund, Sweden, Huawei has a multi-disciplinary design and innovation lab, doing many secret and cool stuff. We are looking for a senior Visual User Experience Designer for this team. You have capabilities reaching beyond UI (pixels/motion) to include visual storytelling and communication. Precise and efficient communication is vital for successfully bringing new ideas to the market.

Job Responsibilities

As a part of the design team, you are working with concepts and innovation.

Visualise our concept ideas in the best way possible to sell-in, market and communicate.

Boost our storytelling capabilities on how to communicate our creative works best. Video explaining concepts is the preferred delivery method.

Build unique and visually stunning experiences to enhance the Huawei Brand and products further.

Qualifications, skills & experience

8+ years in UX design experience; 5+ years as a successful designer in an ICT company or design agency.

Proven ability in UX creative design, user behaviour and design trends.

A high-quality portfolio showcasing excellent skills.

Strong communication skills and cross-cultural collaboration experience are preferred.

Bachelor's degree or above in User Experience Design, Visual Design, Interaction Design, DigitalMedia Design, Communication etc.

This is a full-time consultant position.
