We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with B2B experience who will be responsible for customer satisfaction, onboarding, technical support and more. You will play an important role in developing and constantly improving processes to engage customers and provide recurring value as we continue to grow. At BannerFlow you will be working with one of the most innovative products on the tech start up scene in a nice office in central Stockholm (yes we have a ping pong table and free soda).

Work description

As a Customer Success Manager at BannerFlow you will work closely with the Sales team and other teams to ensure that the customer experience is above and beyond the expectation.

Main Responsibility:

  • Be the first point of contact for your customers. Create and manage their customer success plan including onboarding, retention, renewal and upsell.
  • Educate and train your customers on how to best utilize all BannerFlow features and introduce them to new product releases.
  • Work together with Sales to identify and take action on upsell opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with customer stakeholders and sponsors to drive product adoption and increase the business value.

To Be Successful You Need To:

  • Love helping people solve problems and identify critical issues with ease.
  • Strive to increase customer satisfaction, build relationships and push the boundaries of customers mind set.
  • Have at least two year of experience from similar B2B roles.
  • Be a great colleague, always see the possibilities, willing to go the extra mile, and have a “rolls-up-the-sleeve mentality”.
  • Be highly organized, detail-oriented, very analytical and able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Be sales-minded, preferably with a sales and/or marketing background.
  • Be fluent in English, both written and oral.
