You will work closely with other partners such as product and project managers, designers, and other software engineers to develop new product offerings and improve the efficiency of the solution. The position will be reporting to R&D Team Lead.

Your responsibilities

• Lead the design effort on a variety of R&D projects in a highly collaborative, dynamic environment. You will design creative solutions to real market problems.
• Work collaboratively with product, marketing and other engineering teams in understanding the requirements and assist them in delivering the solution.
• Understand the big picture and the various use cases involved while crafting the solution and document them.
• Assist product development by creating detailed software design specifications and requirements, and identify appropriate software architectures.
• Mitigate risks and problem identified in providing the solution.
• Keep an eye out for technology industry trends, and open-source projects that are relevant for our business.

Your background

• Bachelor or Master's degree in computer science or relevant fields, alternatively you have several years of experience as a Software developer, System Engineer or System Designer.
• Experience in end-to-end architecture for design and coordinate project team within industry business with excellent social and communication skills.
• Experience in building Enterprise Applications and cloud-based architectures.
• Software development experience in one or more programming languages - Python, Javascript, C# and experience of different industry standards like REST and MQTT.
• Ability to guide the team in all tiers of enterprise applications including front and back-end technologies.
• Ability to prioritize and handle work efforts in critical project timelines in a dynamic environment.
