Stockholm Headhunting has now been commissioned to find an iOS Developer to Accedo.

Accedo is a multinational company founded 2004 in Sweden and is today a market leading supplier of TV application solutions. They work with some of the largest media companies, TV operators and hardware manufacturers on the market, they have customers like Netflix, HBO, Spotify, Viaplay and LG. More than 100 million users worldwide use Accedos applications and they are investing big on usability within the media spectrum.

Accedo consists of 280 dedicated employees and has offices in 12 countries, including New York, Sillicon Valley, London, Hong Kong and Sydney, with its headquarters in central Stockholm, to which they are now seeking an experienced iOS Developer. As the company expands, it is essential for Accedo to keep up with the latest technologies to monitor customers and user requirements and expectations. They seek someone who wants to be on this trip.

As an iOS Developer you will be included in Accedos effective mobile team of four people and help shape and deliver the next-generation global TV and video user experience. You will be taking responsibility for the development of their TV applications and the innovation of new products including Accedo AppGrid and VIA GO. You will become part of the company's knowledgeable development team that currently consists of about 50 people divided into several agile teams working on different parts of the organization. They work in pure technical environments and always strive be on the cutting edge and come up with innovative solutions.

We expect you to have some years of experience in mobile development with a focus on iOS. We prefer that you have experience in Swift and a relevant university or polytechnic education.

You understand how to handle performance factors in the client app, like large amounts of nice content, while still preserving smooth swiping and it´s an advantage if you have experience in app development with high standards of performance, flows and responsivity. You have very good knowledge of English since this is the group language and that you also have a genuine interest in new techniques and keeps you updated on the latest trends in the iOS-world.

As a person you are open, efficient and structured with great drive who like to take their own initiatives. You are a prestige problem solver who enjoys working in a tight team towards common goals and you want to develop together with your colleagues. We believe that you have an eye on the latest in iOS and mobile development, like Swift and are curious about new techniques and are happy to share your knowledge.
