Senior RF Power Amplifier Engineer

We are currently looking for a Senior RF Power Amplifier Engineer based at our R&D office in Kista, Stockholm and with periodic visits to our offices in Shanghai and Shenzhen. This person will work in the Power Amplifier Research and Development team giving innovative solutions for the PA circuit to improve the size, efficiency, bandwidth and linearity.
Responsibilities includes evaluate new devices/technologies experimentally and build prototypes using the facilities in Sweden, support and cooperate with Head Quarters in Power Amplifier product development.
The position will also include help to track trend directions of High Power Amplifiers in the industry and academy.

Qualifications and experience
To be successful in this role the candidate should have more than 10 years hands on experience on base station RF PA circuit, design, implantation and testing.
Also required is a good understanding from theoretical to practical implementation of different efficiency enhancement techniques like ET/Load Modulation/Doherty.
The candidate needs to have updated knowledge of new power transistor technologies and hands on experience evaluating new devices. Skilled working with simulation tools like AWR Design environment and matlab.
A Bachelor Degree, Masters in Electrical Engineering or equivalent background is required.
