Configuration and Integration Engineer (668828)

About this opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to work as a Configuration and Integration Engineer with our Continuous Integration (CI) system at Ericsson, PDU Transport, Microwave.

The team’s responsibility is central and critical to the Ericsson Microwave product development. Close to 350 developers rely on our CI Systems to provide them with reliable and timely feedback and data.

What you will do

You will be part of a multinational team working with Agile Scrum practices. As a team you will on a day-to-day basis interact with other CI and product development teams.

The position is broad and allows you to learn and work with a diverse set of competences in software and hardware including configuring, integrating, and troubleshooting of our Ericsson MINI-LINK products used in our CI-system and the CI-system itself.

You will bring

The following or comparable competences:

• Linux
• Ethernet and IP Network competence (for example CCNA or CCNP)
• Experience with CLIs (SSH, Telnet)

If you also have the following competences, then that is a plus:

• Jenkins
• Python
• Git
• Telecommunications
• Continuous Integration

As a person you exhibit the following characteristics:

• You are service minded and a good communicator
• You like learning new things
• You are adaptable and not afraid of going outside your comfort zone
