IT System Administrator

The position

Our internal IT team has an important, and much appreciated role in enabling Cambios end-users achieve their business commitment. As we grow as an organization, we want to strengthen the team further with an IT System Administrator, helping us ensure optimal performance of our local IT services and support systems.

The team currently consists of five devoted technicians, distributed between our offices in Linköping and Stockholm. They work closely with each other, managing the day-to-day work together as a team. As much as valuing providing high-quality support, the team appreciates having fun together and as a group creating an open and humble environment.

Together with the team, you will support the entire end-user experience. In this role you will be establishing, operating, and maintaining the daily production environments. You will help colleagues within Cambio with issues related to Azure, but also other related support systems and platforms. You will help with anything from installing and troubleshooting applications and services, identifying areas needing upgrading and patching, to assisting in project management.

About you

Requirements 

- Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English both in writing and speech
- Have good knowledge of various operating systems. Windows 10/11, Mac OS, iOS and Android etc
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Domain Controller Roles.
- Basic networking knowledge
- Basic experience in Microsoft O365/Azure/Intune administration
- Basic patch management skills
- Basic knowledge about Virtualization technologies
- Basic project management skills

It's a bonus if you have

- IT-related certifications
- Linux experience
- Work experience in ticketing systems, e.g Jira
- ITIL experience
- Drivers license B

Place of employment: Stockholm

Scope: Full time 

Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
