Data Sourcing & Platform Integration unit is responsible for providing IT solutions related to integration and sourcing of data to the common information platform for further processing. This includes integration with existing and future platforms via the Global Accounting Interface and by ingesting data to the General Purpose Data Warehouse.

Within the Global Accounting Interface, the intention is to establish a continuous delivery approach and manage a portfolio of changes in a structured and systematic way, thus enabling continuous improvements as well as responding to demands from our data sourcing providers. Currently we balance our work-in-progress items by working on an iterative approach with the willingness to keep more discipline in utilising agile methods.

You will be part of a strong team, working cross border and through an integrated information flow focusing on the integration of new platforms.

The position we offerAs a portfolio coordinator you will work in as an integrated part of the team orchestrating the change agenda in collaboration with all stakeholders who are integrating to global accounting information flows.

The initiatives we are responsible for are characterized by:
• High complexity
• Building applications on the General Purpose Data Warehouse with focus on global accounting information flows
• Delivery through a value chain including several sourcing vendors
• Challenging and critical deadlines to meet market and legal requirements
• Solutions using the latest technology to fulfil business demands.

The qualifications you needWe are working in a dynamic and changing environment and it is important that you are motivated by having many things on your table. Many development services are done currently off-shore with other sourcing approaches currently under evaluation. For that reason, it is important that you are open to work cross-border/ cross-cultures within a global environment.

Key competencies for this job are the following:

• 5+ years of leading IT projects with focus on Financial Services, data warehouse or other large volume transaction systems development.
• Recognized Project Manager qualification (IPMA, PMI or Prince2 certification preferable) is an asset
• Experience in working in Agile development mode will be appreciated
• At a minimum a Bachelor degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or Finance/Economics.
• Experience from data and BI project and technical knowledge of the integration technology will be appreciated
• Banking project management experience, particularly in Global Systematic Important Banks (GSIBs) like Nordea is would be an advantage. Understanding of processes related to financial reporting and accounting flows for banks is an asset.
• Cultural awareness, with the ability to work in a fluid and multicultural environment. You will primarily run projects with cross-border team members.
• Strong communication skills with excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) are required.

The position is preferably located in Stockholm. A certain level of travel can be expected as the role and responsibilities are Nordic.
