Arbetsuppgifter
- Understand current and emerging threats in the enterprise product space. - Develop an understanding of our current proactive security technologies like gcc, glibc, kernel, and SELinux. - Work with developers to guide new security technologies. - Communicate flaw information with our software developers, managers, quality engineers, upstream project developers, and peers in the security response teams of other vendors. - Scan Red Hat products for security flaws. - Identify, assist with, and develop tools to assist in code audits. - Work with product management to empower developers to conduct product audits.

Utbildning/Erfarenhet
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, or relevant work experience - Proficiency in C and Python - Linux operating system knowledge - Ability to conduct software security audits - Understanding of proactive security technologies - Excellent organizational skills - Ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams - Ability to work independently with minimum supervision - Proficiency in software development processes, with 5+ years of experience in a release engineering, QA, or development environment.
