Job description:
The solution has been deployed to production in an early version and further features will be implemented in the next major release. The current release however has performance issues in production regarding capacity, and cannot handle a sufficient amount of concurrent end users. In order to alleviate the immediate performance issues the solution has been scaled up by doubling the amount of front end server, which has increased the capacity in terms of number of users, but is not a feasible long term solution since it needs to be able to handle both more users and more features.

Job Responsibilities:
- Load/Performance testing in a solution built at the customer as part of the bank wide solution to address the US FATCA Regulation and the OECD CRS Regulation.
- Technical Load/Performance testing of solutions -Including data analysis, data profiling, test data preperations, test case design, verification plans, data integration and data mapping
- Provide theproject with long term Load/Performance echancments and solution
- Set up and configure a load test lab
- Simplify load and performance testign execution
- Provide tools and education to project members in

Required skills:
- Experienced in a Load/Performance testing role
- Experienced in Application Development
- Experience in developing, executing and analysing performance tests
- Experience in developing, executing and analysing load tests
- Experience in developing, executing and analysing stress tests
- Experience in test plan creation, test script creation execution
- Experience in testing in an agile and waterfall environment
- Experience in reporting on test results in a practical severity and impact analytical way
- Strong experience in practical understanding around the minimum testing that is required relative to the risk to provide the maximum value
- Experience in executing specific performance tests at different application components, e.g. Proxy, Application Server, Database
- Experience in executing specific load and stress tests at different application components, e.g. Proxy, Application Server, Database
- Experience in a number of load, stress and performance tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in use of HPQC.
- Strong quality focus and attention to detail
- Ability to manage and meet tight deadlines
- To be successful as a tester with the project, you need to be the accountable driver of your own commitment
- Commitment towards your team colleagues.
- Regression Testing
- Analyse and troubleshoot existing performance issues

Methods:
- Scrum - concept of user stories, sprints, demos, etc
- Distributed teams (off shore/on shore team members you not necessarily meet face to face - but via Lync and e-mail etc. or via tools such as Jira or QC)
