H&M is looking for Senior Testers

As a Tester within Sales Store, you are working closely with our Principal Suppliers, our Business Organization as well as our Local Country organizations to validate and verify the solution. The role requires technical skills, in combination with a business mind-set where core business processes at H&M are well understood as well as ability to communicate with different stakeholders.

To succeed in your role as a Senior Tester we believe you are pro-active, good at critical thinking and able to anticipate problems and respond accordingly. We also see that you are driven and good at taking own initiatives and you are also able to keep a helicopter view, but with the ability to go down into technical details.

Your responsibilities

Your to do-list includes:

- Test planning - work closely with the Test Manager /QA Lead to ensure the correct scope and resource utilization. Construct test sets corresponding to the correct test scope
- Test design of new test cases based on Change Requests and updating of existing test cases when requirements change
- Test execution manual test execution in a production like environment. Includes test of POS, Back Office, Central components, Integration testing, test of Services such as Helpdesk incident management
- Test reporting towards the Test Manager / QA Lead and surrounding system. Includes defect management in JIRA and ALM
- Review and give input on Requirement documentation from a test perspective
- Communicate and interact with other project members, surrounding system and external suppliers in order to perform testing of releases in limited time frames
- Participate in test meetings, discuss defect reports and test status
- Constantly improve the ways of working both internally and cross functionally in order to secure a better service delivery

And your skills include:

- Minimum 5 years experience as a test analyst or other relevant experience
- Experience of acceptance test and system integration testing and XML-messages in a complex environment
- Experience from working with external suppliers
- Experience of using defect tracking tool, meriting if you are familiar with HP ALM test tool and/or JIRA
- Experience in the use of administrative testing tools
- Experience of Acceptance test with both end user and business perspective
- Excellent communication skills; both in speech and writing, Swedish and English
- Analytical and able to easily understand problem scenarios and identify appropriate solutions
- Able to build good relationships
