Senior Software Architect | 100% Remote

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Senior Software Architect with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

You are a senior team player who is driven, structured, and self-motivated, and you will be part of our agile development team. You have extensive experience in SW architecture and design and will contribute to the development of our next generation of premium cars.

You will be part of a team of approximately 25 engineers and will work with other architects, lead developers, POs/PMs, and stakeholders, both internal and external to the department.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop a flexible SW architecture for our next generation of Active Safety and Autonomous Drive systems in our automobiles.

You will collaborate closely with other teams and stakeholders to secure the entire SW chain, from design to customer release of a quality assured SW.

Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:

Competency prerequisites for the applicant:

• Experience with software architecture design in complex embedded systems
• Real-time fault tolerant software design
• Solid coding experience in C/C++ and Python
• Managing the seven software "-ilities"
• Continuous Delivery/Deployment, Continuous Integration
• Object-oriented development Various safety standards, such as ISO26262, SOTIF
• You have: a Master's degree in electronics, mechatronics, software, or a related field; more than ten years of experience with SW design work; a strong desire to share knowledge and information with others

Other:

• It is advantageous to be knowledgeable in the following areas: Ethernet, TCP/IP, and CAN.
• Autosar Linux, Git, Gerrit, Jenkins
• Machine learning, neural networks, and computer vision are all examples of artificial intelligence.
• Experience with Agile development.
• A meritorious driver's licence "B" valid in the EU.
