The Position

We are looking for an experienced Multiplayer programmer to work within a mid-sized team on a new self published title. You will work with designers and other programmers to ensure a cohesive and engaging multiplayer experience and implement an architecture for synchronisation of objects on multiple hosts in a networked environment. You will also adapt existing technology to support being driven by remote commands, e.g. character animation, physics and destruction events.

In your role you will take ownership of architecting and implementing the multiplayer aspect of character, vehicle and mission replication. As with most multiplayer development, a keen sense of fun gameplay and that 6th sense for what gives the perfect "feeling" are both key aspects for this role.

We are looking for someone that is passionate about games and thrives in a fast-paced development environment. Our organization is agile, allowing us to make decisions and course corrections without long turnaround times. We value all team members input to the project, as we believe that we are game developers first, and specialists second. If you are looking for a position and project that will allow you to grow and take ownership; this is the job you have been waiting for.
