Randstad Technologies is looking for a scrum master for our client within the automotive industry. Our client is a global organization and work with advanced technologies and data from over 1 000 000 connected customer assets. Connectivity is a major cornerstone for creating more efficient, cleaner, safer transport and infrastructure services and solutions. You will play an important part in this.

Responsibilities
You will remove risks/impediments to ensure that the team meets or exceeds objectives. You will also facilitate and prepare daily stand ups, PI planning, Sprint planning, demos and retrospectives. You make sure that identified actions progress well, and you won’t let go until they are closed.
Upon this, you will contribute to a high-performing team, by focusing on improving team dynamics, performance, and ways of working as part of the scrum process. You will regularly communicate with stakeholders on different levels, within and outside the team, to pave the way for efficient work.
The scrum master work will be your first priority and take up about half of your time.
For the remaining time you will contribute with your technical skills in either testing or development depending on your skill set.
Qualifications

Your personality is your major reason for success, but you have also:
Been working for several years as Tester or Application Developer and have also lead scrum master tasks from time to time. If your top skill is testing you have worked with end to end testing as well as test automation. If you are skilled in development it is mainly Java 11 or React that you have worked with. You have a university degree in software engineering, computer science or similar.
You are fluent in Swedish. All team members are Swedish speaking and sees it as a competitive advantage to be able to communicate in Swedish within the team.
You are also fluent in English and have a valid work-permit for Sweden.
You have experience from agile way of working and SAFe. You are ensuring a good structure in your work and have been working with jira and structuring jira boards.
For you it is easy to establish good relationships with all types of people. With you as a ScrumMaster the other team members can focus on developing/testing and rest assured that you will handle risks/impediments. You easily detect obstacles and turn them into opportunities.You are an excellent communicator with great presentation skills who make things happen without having someone telling you what to do.
