Join our software team at Tactical Software, SAAB. We work with software development within Electronic Warfare Mission support tools and our product portfolio covers analysis of recordings and real time feeds, big data, databases, secure user transactions, amongst many other things.

You are

A driven software developer and curious to try new techniques. You are willing to challenge yourself and learn new things. You seldom settle for good enough.

Require skills:

* You have a Masters degree in Computer Science or related discipline. Or equivalent work experience.
* You have knowledge within software engineering
* You have good skills in programming with Java and C++
* You are fluent in Swedish and English

Desired skills:

* You have knowledge within DevOps tools
* You have understanding of agile development
* You have knowledge and a great interest within AI/ML
* You are a proactive and reliable team player with good communications skills

The role

At Tactical Software we develop support tools for our Electronic Warfare systems. We take part of the entire chain with customer interaction, software development and delivery. As a software developer at Tactical Software you will be a part of and take responsibility for all phases of our product lifecycles. From concept and idea, to development and maintenance. The work is performed in medium sized teams, supporting each other when challenges arise.

We are looking for a software developer to join our team. As a developer on Tactical Software we look for the following qualities in you.

* You are curious and continuously strive to improve yourself and our products.

You will be located in Järfälla and since you will collaborate with colleagues on other Saab sites, you will travel occasionally.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
